Adams
With over 25
years experience in the design, installation, operation, and training of
technical systems for auditoriums, schools, conference centers, and
churches, R Bob is uniquely qualified to help attendees understand the
relationship of the room to the technology. Using humor to support the
topics discussed, R Bob allows attendees to enjoy themselves while
discussing technically challenging subjects.

Broadhead
John
Broadhead has been leading worship and producing for over 17 years,
touring and/or speaking in the UK, Canada and the US. A trained
pianist/keyboardist John spent 16 years in the space and defense industry
before merging his technical and music/media passions by joining the
Roland Systems Group in 2000. Now as a recognized pioneer in worship
VJing, he is introducing the power of visual performance into the worship
experience and helping design the tools that make it happen. When not
traveling or working on Integrity's Seminars4Worship tour, John enjoys
leading worship at his home church in Vancouver, Canada.

Steve
Bush
Steve Bush is a
veteran systems tech and FOH engineer possessing a solid grounding in
both technical management and the physics of sound. Before accepting his
current Meyer Sound position, Bush served as system tech on three
extended tours by Norah Jones. His prior FOH mixing experience covers
acts ranging from Three Dog Night to Keiko Matsui, while his design
credits encompass large-scale corporate AV systems. Bush’s first-hand
grasp of systems for venues of all types, from clubs to stadiums,
provides a wealth of real-world examples that he uses to vividly
illustrate his technical presentations.

Glenn
Collinge
Glenn Collinge started in the
pro sound reinforcement industry in 1976. In 1981, he began installing
broadcast video and A/V projects for a large integration company in
Atlanta, Ga. Starting in 1988, he became a sales consultant for several
companies designing presentation systems for corporate and educational
applications. Since 1992, he has worked for various manufacturers;
currently with FSR Inc. Glenn has had the privilege of serving in the
audio and video ministries in his church since 1992. He currently serves
at The Tabernacle International Church in Lawrenceville, GA. Glenn is
very happily married with three teenage daughters.

Chuck
Collins
Chuck Collins has more than 25 years experience creating sales and
distribution programs in the large-venue digital imaging industry. His
recent endeavors have created historic milestones in the entertainment
industry. As Digital Projection’s senior market development manager,
Chuck Collins has excelled at identifying new opportunities that utilize
the company’s, LIGHTNING, THUNDER and HIGHlite displays. Recently,
Collins has acted as Digital Projection’s executive leader in creating and
supporting programs to supply projectors at every major film festival and
exhibition industry demonstration. His efforts have secured a nine-year
alliance with the Sundance Film Festival, and established the company as
the exclusive provider of digital projectors for the Festival’s digital
programming.

Edgerton
Jay is an awarding winning Producer / Director, and
has successfully supervised, produced, and directed inspirational
television programs for over 20 years. He’s has produced programs for
CBN in Africa, Europe, Taiwan, Philippines, Cambodia, and Hong Kong. He
has lectured at television production seminars in the U.S. and
internationally. And also consults for churches and other organizations.

Gary
Gunn
Gary spent 10 years as a full time minister of music. In addition, he
spent 18 years as a sound contractor in Nashville specializing in House
of Worship Designs and Installations. Gary has taught audio acoustics
and system design at Ridgecrest Baptist Conference Center and Glorieta
Baptist Conference Center for 18 years. He spent 3 years as a
manufacturers representative before moving to his current positions with
AKG as Marketing Development Manager for Install and Touring Sound.

Tony
Hansen
Tony Hansen is the resident lighting designer and instructor for
Techni-Lux, Inc. of Orlando. He has over 20 years of lighting and design
experience in many areas of entertainment and construction. In addition
to consultation services, he lights several seasonal productions each year
for church's throughout the USA. He was also involved with the design
team for Universal's Islands of Adventure and has worked on several
touring productions. Lately he has been working with Techni-Lux on the
re-education of Houses of Worship on the proper use and integration of
lighting from an emotional and spiritual standpoint. Techni-Lux is a full
service lighting supplier and also offers design, consultation and
training services.

Ryan
Kindle
With nearly 20 years of television experience, Kindle has produced,
directed, or otherwise participated in the production of nearly 1000 hours
of national television coverage, both live and post produced. His credits
include NFL Broadcasts, College Bowl Games, NHL Hockey, Olympic Games,
World Series and NCAA basketball Final-Four tournaments throughout the
years. His talent extends beyond stick and ball, with production credits
on Water Skiing, Dog Shows, Paintball, Dance and Drill competitions, the
Corporate Sports Battle, NHRA and IHRA Drag Racing, Drag Boat Racing,
Hydroplane Racing, Professional Wrestling and World of Outlaw Sprint Car
racing.
Kindle’s productions have aired on ESPN, ESPN2, TNN, TBS, NBC, Spike TV,
ABC, USA Network, SPEED Channel and OLN.
In 2005 Ryan changed career paths and is now the Director of Media
Services for Idlewild Baptist Church in Tampa, Florida. After 16 years of
membership and volunteerism at the church, he was a near perfect fit for
his new role. Responsible for all things Video and Production lighting at
such a facility has been an exciting transition for him. The 30 foot
screens and over 250,000 watts of lights make the job a little tricky
sometimes, but a dozen volunteers during each service help to keep Kindle,
and the service on track.

Jim
Lane
Mr. Lane
has been employed by Ocean Optics since 1999. As Engineering Manager of
the Ocean Thin Films division, he is responsible for coating design,
technical management and process development. Prior to joining Ocean
Optics, Mr. Lane was Engineering Manager for Bausch & Lomb Inc, Ferson
Optics Division, and coating engineer for Brysen Optical Corporation.
With 26 years of experience in the precision optics industry, he has
specialized in optical thin film design and production, as well as
optical fabrication, testing and assembly. Mr. Lane holds a B.S. in
Chemistry from the University of South Florida.

Lewis
Jesse Lewis is President of
WorshipFilms.com, a Christian company that produces a wide range of video
products for church services. He has years of experience in local and
church video production, and is a frequent seminar/workshop speaker on
topics relating to multimedia in worship.

Kent
Margraves
Kent Margraves
spent many years as a professional church audio director and loves all
aspects of worship sound. He now serves the worship market for
Digidesign’s Live Sound division and operates TCG Media part-time, which
is focused on helping churches achieve excellence in audio through
training and contract mixing.

Blair
McNair
Blair McNair is employed by JBL Professional as an
Installed Sound Field Engineer. With over 30 years of direct
involvement in the technical ministry, including 6 years on staff with a
large church, he has gathered considerable experience in what the
diverse needs of the church are. He continues to be involved as a
regular live sound mix engineer, for house and monitors, in churches
ranging from 500 to 7000 people. His professional audio career spans
over 24 years with involvement as a systems operator, installer,
designer, and consultant. He is well known as an educator, speaker and
author in the pro-sound industry for trade and educational events. His
insights and enthusiastic approach generate a clear understanding and
lasting impression.

Jonathan Parker
An avid
musician (Keyboards & Vocals), having written, performed and recorded
with local Christian bands in AZ. Jonathan has held various sales and
marketing positions and presented on various audio topics with Top audio
manufacturers the last 20 years such as Crown, Bose, TOA and Martin
Audio.

Craig
Sibley
An industry veteran,
Craig Sibley has over 25 years of experience in the Pro-Audio and Music
industries. Past endeavors have included sound design and consulting,
while working with major recording artists/groups including Seal, Stevie
Wonder, Yes, and Devo. His post production and composition credits
include television, film and theatre with major Hollywood releases and
Broadway productions. His expertise in music and recording technology
has earned him positions at many industry leading companies including
Roland, Otari and iZ Technology. He is an active
songwriter/composer/producer and a Lead Worshiper at Ocean Hills Church
in San Juan Capistrano, California. With his new position as a
Marketing Product Specialist for Aviom, Inc, Craig has a fresh
perspective and unique understanding of the needs of today’s worship
leader.

Jonathan Sullivan
Jonathan has been involved in
Technical Ministry for over 20 years. He is actively involved in training
children and youth in audio, lighting, and worship software. Jonathan has
been with TRG for over 5 years in sales and worship software support.

Cris
Tapia
An Applications Engineer at
Shure Incorporated, Cris has earned both a degree in Psychology and a
degree Audio Engineering. His responsibilities at Shure include conducting
product training seminars for Shure dealers, associates, and end users.
His technical publications on Theater, House of Worship, and antenna
applications have been popular additions to the Shure library of
educational booklets. He has been an active musician in the Chicago area
for more than 20 years. When not performing live with a band, he spends
time imagining he’s performing live with a band.

Thrasher, Sr.
Bill
Thrasher, Sr. is President and Principal Consultant of Thrasher Design
Group, Inc., an Acoustical Consulting firm specializing in Church Audio
& Video Systems Design and Live Special Event Production Design &
Mixing. Bill has been on staff at Walt Disney World in Orlando,
Florida, the First Baptist Church of Orlando, Florida, and has been
employed in recording studio mixing, live performance mixing, and
audio-video systems design for over 35 years.
Bill was
involved with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Mr. Graham’s
Crusades and Missions from 1979 to 2005 as a live sound designer and
mixer. Bill began his own firm in 1986, which is based in Kennesaw,
Georgia, an Atlanta suburb, where Bill resides with his wife.

Chuck Walthall is founder and
president of Walthall & Associates, Inc. a Pensacola, Florida based
corporation specializing in acoustics, design-consulting, training and
system management. Chuck has been active in the technical systems
industry for over 20 years and has to his credit over 285 completed
projects.
