Can I ship International, AK, HI, PR, and etc. address online?
All orders to be shipped anywhere other than the 48 continental states will need to call 888-904-9442 before placing their order.

Can you ship to my P.O. Box, APO, FPO, and etc. address?
No. All Internet orders must be shipped to a physical address.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped. Existing TRG Customers may also charge purchases to their account.

What is your return policy?
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a store credit or refund.  All returns are subject to a 15-25% restocking fee, as set by the manufacturer.  Defective product is eligible for an exchange.  For repairs, returns, or exchanges please call our customer service department at 888-904-9442 for an RA number and instructions for return shipping.  Customer Service hours are 8:30 am - 5:30pm EST Monday through Friday.  Returns must be in "like new" condition.  "Like new" condition means that the product is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be pre-paid, returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner's manual and show no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received, it you may be subject to additional surcharges or disqualification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

I'm looking for an item not listed on your web site, what can I do?
Technical Resource Group is a full-line dealer.  We sell and stock thousands of products not listed on our website due to dealer rules and restrictions.  If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, call 888-904-9442 and speak with one of our friendly sales staff.

What are your shipping rates?
Our shipping rates are based upon actual carrier charges.  Some items have additional shipping and handling charges listed in the item’s description.  When applicable, some items do not qualify for FREE Freight promotions, and are listed in the item’s description.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Most in stock orders ship within 24-48 hours.

How can I check the status of my order?

Does shipping time include weekends?
Shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays.

Can I add or delete items once I have placed an order?
If an item was added or needs to be removed from an order, please call 888-904-9442. A representative will attempt to accommodate this action but orders are processed very rapidly and are not always able to be changed before shipping.

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?
Call 1-888-904-9442 and a customer service representative will research your order. In an attempt to ship orders a soon a possible, it is not always possible to stop an order once it has been placed.
